Site Modification Fees

You have the freedom to modify your site as often as you like free of charge with our site manager program. While the site manager program handles wide variety of changes, some of your changes may require such a high level of customization that they need to be programmed by hand.

Below we have listed some of high level customization projects and their costs.

 
Customization of Your Site Style: $195.00
You may change from one site style to another whenever you like free of charge. If you want to make your site unique by changing the graphics, colors, or otherwise modifying the site style, then this fee would apply.

 
Converting Pictures Into Digital Format: $29.95 per picture
You may add your own pictures or firm logo to your site free of charge with the site manager program as long as the picture is in a digital format. If your pictures or logo needs to be scanned or otherwise customized, then this fee would apply.

 
Reducing Picture Size To Speed Up Your Site: $9.95 per picture
The pictures and logos you load into your web site often are large files and slow down your web pages. We can resize them and compress them so they load much faster.

Add Additional Pages: $98.50
You may have an idea for a new section on your web site... like an employment opportunities page. We'll create a new page for you and add a new navigation button on your site.

 
Additional Web Space: $25.00 per 25 MB
You have up to 25 MB of space for your website and files free of charge. If you decide that you need more space, we can move you up to three other levels, 50, 100 or even 200 MB of space.

  
Add A Free Report: $29.50 per report
Throughout the year we add many new free reports to your site to keep your site updated and growing. We add those reports for free. However, you may like to add a report that you have personally written to your site. We are happy to add it for you for only $29.50 per report. 

  
Changing Your Domain Name: $49.50
Changing your domain name (your web site address) is a big deal, so take some time to pick a good web site address. If you need to change your domain name, we will need to build a new site for you.  Network Solutions will also charge you $70.00 to reserve your new domain name for 2 years.

 
Web Site Auto Transfer: $49.50 per hour
If you already have a web site and you want us to copy the information from your old site to your new site, then this fee would apply.  You can avoid this fee if you modify your site online.

Email

Extra Email Boxes: One-time setup of $29.95 plus $60 per year per email box
If you want everyone in your firm to have their own email address, you may need to buy more email addresses. There are a few technical challenges to consider, so please call us at 800-896-4500 and we'll be happy to review them with you.
