Managing Your Emailed Newsletter

You need to know 2 pieces of information in order to manage your emailed newsletter.

1. Your Account Password.  (same password you use to log into site manager)

2. Your Filename. 
Your filename is the first 8 characters of your web address without the www. and the .com.  

For example if your web address is www.smithklinebergman.com then your filename is smithkli   If your web address is www.cpa.com then your filename is cpa

If you do not know your password or filename please enter your name and website address in the boxes below and we'll call you with the information.

Get A Copy Of Your Newsletter

1. Enter your filename and password then click on the "Submit Request" button. 

2. Send the email by clicking on the "Send" button when your email client pops up.

Your newsletter will automatically be sent to your email box within an hour.

How To Modify/Customize Your Newsletter

1. Get a copy of your newsletter by following the step above. 

2. Copy the body text by highlighting all the text in the body of the email and then pressing Ctrl-C.

3. Enter your filename and password then click on the "Submit Request" button.

4. When your email client pops up, paste the newsletter text into the body of the email by clicking in the body of the email and then pressing Ctrl-V. 

5. Before you send the email check to make sure you are sending it as text only. In Outlook Express click on Format tab then on Plain Text.

6. Send the email by clicking on the "Send" button. A copy of your updated newsletter will automatically be sent to your email box within an hour.

 

How To See Who Is Getting Your Newsletter

1. Enter your filename and password then click on the "Submit Request" button.

2. Send the email by clicking on the "Send" button when your email client pops up.

Your list of the email addresses will automatically be sent to your email box within an hour.

How To Modify Your Distribution Email List

1. Get a copy of your Distribution List by following the step above. 

2. Copy the email addresses by highlighting all the email addresses and then pressing Ctrl-C.

3. Enter your filename and password then click on the "Submit Request" button.

4. When your email client pops up, paste the email addresses into the body of the email by clicking in the body of the email and then pressing Ctrl-V.

How To Sign People Up For Your Newsletter

1. Go to the newsletter page on your website. Enter the name and email address of the person to be added on the form on the top of the page.

2. Click on the "Submit" button.

  

How To Remove Email Address Of People Who've Signed Up For Your Newsletter

1. Go to the newsletter page on your website. Enter the name and email address of the person to be added on the form on the bottom of the page.

2. Click on the "Submit" button.

 
When Will The Newsletters Be Sent Out?

The newsletters will be emailed on the 2nd Wednesday of each month.
